Welcome! This page collects everything you need to know about booking a commission with me. Please check each section before sending an inquiry.

Commission Information & Terms of Service

Please read these details carefully before booking. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below.

Contact & Process

You may choose either of the following methods to book a commission:Option 1: Book via VGen
• Submit your request directly through my VGen profile.
• VGen allows you to submit details, securely pay (including PayPal) and track your commission status all in one place.
 
Option 2: Direct Message (Instagram, Twitter or Tumblr)
• If you prefer to reach out personally, you’re welcome to DM me with your request.
• In both cases, please include your commission type, clear reference images and any important details when contacting me.
• Payments will be handled securely via BuyMeACoffee or Patreon once we finalize the details.
 
After your slot is reserved:
• You will be added to the commission queue and updated on your position.
• A black & white sketch will be delivered within 3 weeks after payment.
• Completion time varies depending on the queue; once your turn begins, commissions are usually completed within 1–2 months. Progress updates are provided via DM.
 
Other notes:
• Reference images are mandatory. I do not design original characters entirely from scratch.
• I accept NSFW, gore and furry art within reason but I do not accept requests that are excessively extreme or disturbing.
• I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable.• Artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training or unlawful/hateful purposes.

Payment

• Payment is required upfront through VGen, BuyMeACoffee (similar to Ko-fi) or Patreon.
• If you aim to pay with PayPal, please proceed through VGen directly.
• For Patreon payments, a temporary membership will be created for the commission. It is the client’s responsibility to cancel after payment.
• Work begins once payment has been received and confirmed.
• Refunds are not available once I have started working on the initial sketch.
• Please feel free to ask questions before sending payment.

Commercial Use Policy

• Personal Use (Default):
No additional fee. Artwork may be used for personal purposes only (e.g. profile pictures, personal prints, posting online with credit).• Light Commercial Use(+50-75%):
For small promotional purposes where the artwork is not sold directly but adds value (e.g. giveaway prints, event posters, charity projects).• Standard Commercial Use (+100% or more):
For products or projects where the artwork is sold or monetized (e.g. book covers, merchandise, paid zines, marketing materials). Fees may vary depending on the scale of the project, print run or distribution. Larger projects may fall under Extended Commercial.• Extended Commercial Use (+250–300%):
For wide-scale monetized projects with 10,000+ units, major marketing campaigns or distribution by larger companies/publishers.• Exclusive Rights (5–10x Base Price):
Full ownership transfer. The artwork will belong entirely to the client, and I will not reuse, resell or share it. Pricing is significantly higher to reflect the transfer of all rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• I retain all rights to the artwork unless exclusive rights are purchased.
• I may showcase finished work in my portfolio, on social media or other platforms unless NDA/commercial terms are agreed upon.

Right to Refuse & Discontinue Commissions

• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission if it creates a conflict of interest, violates my personal values or causes discomfort.
• In such cases, refunds will be issued based on the progress made.
• If a commission is discontinued for these reasons, I may also decline future requests from the same client.
My goal is to ensure all projects align with my principles and I appreciate your understanding.

Rates & Options

Prices vary depending on complexity and add-ons. Please review the details carefully before booking.
All commissions will be colored and in my classic rendered digital painting style.

Base Prices

• Headshot: $80 – 140
• Half-body: $160 – 230
• Full-body: $260 – 350+

ADD-ONS• Complex background: +$60 – $100 (depending on complexity)• Additional assets (armor, pets, weapons, ornate props): +$40 – $80
• Additional character:
• Headshot: +60% of base price
• Half-body: +80% of base price
• Full-body: +100% of base price 
Prices listed are for personal use. Commercial rights are available with an additional fee (see Terms of Service).

How Each Platform Works

VGen
1. Click the button above → it will take you to my VGen profile.
2. Select your commission type and submit the request directly.
3. Payment is handled inside VGen’s secure checkout system.
4. You’ll also see your commission status and updates there. 
BuyMeACoffee (BMC)
1. Click the button above → it will take you directly to my BMC page.
2. Select the number of “coffees” that matches the price of your commission.
3. Write your username so I can confirm.
 
Patreon
1. A temporary membership tier will be created for you.
2. Join the tier and complete payment.
3. I’ll confirm once I receive it.
4. Cancel the membership right after payment to avoid auto-charges.
